The game will be held at Cernay Castle, a two hour drive from Paris.

There are little to no convenient train options, but we usually arrange for carpooling between players, which is more practical. You can also rent a car in Paris.

Dates

Players must arrive on Thursday, from 2pm to any hour (even late, though it is recommended that you take enough rest on Thursday).
To facilitate carpooling options, it is recommended that you arrive in Paris before 6 pm.
Friday we have workshops from 10 am to 6 pm. Game starts at 6 pm
In-game time is uninterrupted from Friday 6 pm to Saturday 11pm, followed by debrief and afterparty.
Players may leave at any time on Sunday morning, after tidying their own rooms. You can expect to be back in Paris before 2 pm at the earliest.
Feel free to leave a little late on Sunday afternoon, as you will be able to enjoy the new heated swimming pool on the Castle grounds.

Participation fees cover boarding, all meals from Friday breakfast to Sunday brunch and participation to the game, including necessary props and logistics.
Boarding is in rooms for 2 or 3 people. You will need to bring your own costume, bed linens or a sleeping bag, and a towel.
You might have to share a double bed with a participant of your own gender.
NPCs will bring their own beds (camp bad or mattress).
