While we understand that cancelling can sometimes be necessary, this is always extra work and expense on the organizer’s part. Since we’ve had to handle a significant number of cancellations in the past, we now have a stricter policy in that regard.
Less than three months prior to the game, we will only refund 75% of the participation fee, in order to offer a discounted price to another participant.
Less than one month before the game (4 weeks), we won’t refund your participation fee at all.
